Wayne Whitesides

Founder, CEO

Born and raised in a small town Iowa, Wayne embraces the work ethic of his blue collar heritage. After graduating from the Colorado Institute of Art, he settled in Atlanta in 1994. In 1997 Wayne and David Leedle met while working for the same retail design agency. Over the next 6 years, Wayne worked for several larger agencies polishing his skills in advertising, package design, environmental design, corporate identity and website development. In 2002, a new stay-at-home dad, he drew on years of diverse agency experience and contacts to create his dream job, and founded Ethic Inc.
